Wonderful banking experience every time. Bankers that smile and have exceptional customer service skills. The branch manager, the loan officer and the tellers- the entire team deserves 5 stars!

Webster has many great programs for small local businesses, especially during the trial time of COVID19. The branch manager Cassidy Weatherington is especially helpful. She is friendly, articulate and super efficient. Had a great experience with her and got things done!

Less banking fees but still not a great bank. Customer service always seemed snotty & short. Most of the staff were cold to me. I really need positive attitudes when dealing with my hard earned money. Can’t recommend. Only positive is the location in the center of town.

I will never use this bank and would never recommend it. My mom had to use power of attorney to gain access to a relative's account and they gave her nothing but a hard time and were incredibly rude and judgmental. My mom had to get the lawyer who drafted the PoA to go to the bank with her. No apology from any Webster employee. Despicable customer service during a tough family crisis. They should be ashamed.

I have always had great service at the Suffield Webster branch, Cassidy, Amy and the whole team go above and beyond!

Helpful staff, Amy is particularly helpful for small business.
