    No matter who it is or what questions I have or transactions I need to do they are always so happy to help me. I have only had great experiences here since being with WCCU for about 3 years(?) Now give or take but either way I'm very happy with the bank I use. :)

    As a small business owner, and someone who has worked in bank management, I am thourougly dissappointed in the complete lack of customer service from this credit union. We (my significant other and my children) have several accounts with this credit union, including business accounts. Besides at the time of opening the accounts, we have not experienced any good customer service. At the least, I expect a friendly hello, how are you and a thank you, have a good day. What we typically get is a what do you want to do with this check and then maybe a there you go. I don't usually give reviews but after so many encounters with rude tellers, I just had to give one. Tellers are paid to run transactions but also for good customer service skills. Oh how I would love to teach a customer service course for this credit union. We are seriously considering closing all accounts and moving them to a credit union where customer service is a priority. As an update...I just spoke with Debbie, at the Reedsburg branch, and she was excellent! She has amazing customer service skills and helped solve the issues we were having with address change and debit cards.

    This bank or “credit union” is by far the worst bank I have ever worked with and I have never dealt with worse customer service in my entire life (and I even work in the customer service industry)! I unfortunately have had a car loan with WCCU for the past 4 years now and there is not a single hoop you have to jump through to keep them happy - yes you heard that right - you must keep them happy, not they keep you, the customer, happy. And if WCCU makes a mistake or you want something done, you pretty much have to call, message, email, or contact them in some sort of way at the very minimum 101 times until they start to understand what you want or actually do what you want them to do. You also have to talk to at least 5 different people before you get your answer if you have a question or need something done, every single time you call. The consistency to what they tell their customers their “rules or policies” are are absolutely asinine. One minute customers are allowed to do this, and the next it’s something completely different. Or this person can do that, but another one can’t. And if you want to make any changes to your account information, let’s say for example if you move far away and you get a new phone number - even if you can confirm who you are over the phone to an associate with multiple identifications and have have all of your account information to also confirm it’s you and it’s your account - that still doesn’t matter. You actually have to come into the bank and confirm your identity to change any account information. Also, if you manage to finally get something done it takes a minimum of 5-7 business to accomplish this process. If I would have known of all these ridiculous problems with this bank before I went for my car loan I think I would have rather road my bike to work every day. This company is trash. Don’t ever do business with them.

    DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION LOOKING FOR LOANS. I would not recommend them for car loans or any home mortgage. The loan officers are rude and off-putting. This is the same for baraboo location. They are not helpful and mostly just waste your time. Im not sure if they just hate their jobs or if WCCU has no level of requirements for their loan people. I use to do banking with them years ago and the service wasn’t great but it wasn’t horrible.

    So many perks and the tellers were great! It was hassle free and they didn't act like car salesman either!! I opened a checking and savings to fit my needs in less than 15 mins and I was free to continue with my day! Also has remote deposit. Sometimes my husband isn't able to make it back home for me to deposit his check and now all he has to do is take a pic with his phone and it's available the same day and I can take care of our home! Best decision I've made

    I’d give zero stars if able to. I’ve been in Service Management for many years and at this financial institution it is non- existent!! It’s obvious there are no policies that are followed, they change or “the rules” are bent for some people, but not all. Fees are horrible, terrible online/app experience and more. I’d be able to get over all that if the customer service was better, but it’s THE WORST I’ve EVER experienced. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. In fact I’ll let everyone I know about my horrendous experiences with WCCU!
