Waypointe Realtor were amazing to work with for home purchase. I had very particular requirements for a home, but was working with a very restrictive price range. Their buyer agent, Hilda Hernandez, was tireless in searching out the perfect house to meet all of my needs. It would hard to overstate how impressed I have been with their service.

We just purchased our first home with the help of Marcie Gumieny. You will have a hard time finding a more honest, trustworthy, thorough, responsive, and tenacious realtor. She kept us informed every step of the way, and went to bat for us when the seller needed a little muscle thrown at them. Cannot recommend Marcie and Waypointe enough.
