I would like to get a call back from a supervisor. I have left a few messages for adjustor Paul Ortega for 2 weeks and haven't heard back. And when trying to reach any other staff on the general phone line they have been extremely rude/ condescending and unhelpful only to offer to transfer me to Paul.....who doesnt return calls.

Absolute worse customer service that I have ever experienced. These people really do not give a f**k about their customers. I literally had to contact them 12 times and hold for over 30 minutes each time to get what I needed because every time before that they kept sending the wrong/invalid info to my bank. Finally, I spoke with Khalid today and he send me the corrected doc's after weeks of waiting.

Jose Santin is the most hostile and rude representative that I've ever have to deal with in any kind of industry. For someone in his position should not show any kind of hostility especially to people who had just gotten in to an accident. I would recommend to just go another route, pay the extra $10 a month and go with more professional insurance company that actually have some sense of ethical professionalism.

I don’t recommend using this insurance AT ALL. This is because wawanesa is a company from Canada and if ur from The US you need a insurance that would support you and is in your state never use this insurance company if ur from the US they will not help as much as a California or your state owned company

Found out last year that Wawanesa owed me $96.00 since 22 years ago. I found out through Unclaimed Property. BTW Betty Yee, Ca. State Controller, apparently is NOT capable of doing her job! I have spoke to someone at Wawanesa last year (2019), "I will research and look into it", the Wawanesa agent said. SEVEN MONTHS LATER, STILL NOTHING!

Will be switching to Geico due to the fact that I cannot get someone on the phone to replace my insured car with a newly purchased one. Waited over 45 minutes, had to hang up and left my number for them to call back and was promised that I would not lose my place in line... Still waiting for the call back 22 hours later.

After a week of them not contacting me back after I was hit, I had to get an attorney just to get them to respond! BEWARE! Don't expect them to be on the ball. They are extremely slow. Get a rental and pay out of pocket until they get around to helping you. GOOD LUCK!

Had been in Wawa more than 10 yrs but this time Customer Service is terrible, can't believe it is Wawanesa company. Waiting is too long, speak English is not clear. Also, the website is not helpful. The company should be re-organize to hire right people. Switched to GEICO, so far very happy.

No live body on the other side of the line. I call the customer service 3 times. The first and second time i waited 30 mins then hung up. The third time i waited 90 mins so far and still waiting. I want to add a vehicle but there is no such option on their web site. You can only add vehicles. I have been with the company for 20 years but i will look else where now.

Someone told me about the Wawanesa insurance, and was seriously considering changing insurance companies, but after reading the reviews that is no longer going to happen. Moreover, the responses from the owner are repetitive, and I doubt their issue will be resolved.
