I have worked with Jeff and his team 2 different times, once when we originally purchased our home and again on our refinance. Jeff and his team do great work and are very easy to work with. Using the app that Jeff has really saves a lot of time with updates, sending in requested documents and completing other tasks associated with buying a home. The only downfall that I had both times with the team was communication of important dates/milestones of the mortgage process. I've resolved this issue directly with Jeff, both times. I may have a different set of expectations than most people, but the communication fell through at critical points in the closing process both times (week of closing). I would recommend using Jeff and his team at Waterstone, but be cautious of the potential for communication failures when critical.
