With the construction prices rising on a daily basis he was instrumental in helping me decide to sell the lot. Most realtors charge 10% commission on bare land, but with Robert I was only charged 6%. Robert Magda has been the best realtor we have ever worked with! He did many things that were above and beyond what was expected, he took time to clean the property, fixed cabinets that needed repairing, he packed up some our stuff and mailed it to us at no charge to us.
