I will try to keep this brief. After almost a year of phone calls and emails I finally decided to take a leap of faith on this company following a very lengthy conversation with kris smith explaining how I have been seriously let down, taken advantage of, and had hit after hit on my credit. I was very reluctant, and now I regret getting yet another hit on my credit. This company continues to bombard me with emails trying to get me to apply for a loan though kris is ignoring my text like a man who lied about his intentions of a one night stand. Frankly I am appalled at the lack of professionalism, an severely upset that I was duped once again. I will edit if my issue is resolved though I have yet to recieve a response, I wish someone would at least tell me that I was denied at least rather than avoiding me.
Hi Savannah, I am sorry about your frustration. I see notes all over your file, and can see that Kris has been active at trying to figure out a way to help you. I think there is some simple miscommunication going on here. From the last note Kris had on your file, it looks like you told him you were going to go refinance your existing loan. Kris has already tried calling and texting you today so that we can get this cleared up. Based on what I see, I do not think we would have a problem getting you a loan. However, I do see that you are trying to get a 3-row SUV with a payment under $400 while your trade in has about $10,000 negative equity...and trying to accomplish all of that without coming up with any money out of your pocket for a down payment. The negative equity alone will add about $250 per month to your monthly payment on your new car. With that much negative equity, you will either need a very large down payment or be okay with a lot higher monthly payment (plus, a lender would have to be okay with a lot higher payment). To keep a 400 payment, you would need to be able to buy a car with a 150 payment...but a lender would never roll $10000 over onto a cheap vehicle like that. The Loan to Value ratio needs to be acceptable to them. Kris mentioned to me that the person who co-signed with you on the Exeter loan might not be in the picture anymore. You probably need someone else to go on this new loan for additional income, as your Debt to Income ratio is getting stretched tight. I hope that makes sense. Please reach out to me directly if you still need more info. We can help you get a loan, but your trade in negative equity needs to be addressed ($10,000 down just to have $0 net down payment). I do not think you would need to make up for ALL of the negative equity with down payment, but you would need to make up a good portion with money out of your pocket.
