Very unreliable mortgage brokers that don’t answer their phones/return calls at the most critical times.. if you are trying to buy a house, do not go through them!

My husband and I recently worked with Tom McHugh for our first mortgage. Tom and his team did an amazing job. We were able to close on our home within 30 days as planned in the contract despite jumping through a few hoops on our end. We had multiple quotes from different lenders, and Tom was able to provide us with a reasonable interest rate for our mortgage. He was very responsive and available whenever you need to contact him. We would highly recommend him and his team to anyone!

My family and I have been baking with Warsaw for years. We have a checking and savings and and on my second home mortgage with them. We recently were a victim of fraud on our debit card for over $200.00. When I contacted them they told me there was nothing they could do for me which I don't understand because all of that money is protected. They didn't even bother to shut our cards off once notified. Needless to say I've closed all of our accounts with them and gone to a bigger, more caring bank. Think about this before opening accounts with small neighborhood banks.

Main branch a little less than friendly. In addition not bank systems savvy. Warsaw branch easier to deal with. Customer service over the phone is just as important
