    I'm so tired of dealing with Chevy they are a useless brand and company. There mechanics dont even know how to properly diagnose and repair their own products. Chevy Cruze 2012 at 70,000 miles had its transmission replaced since 40,000 miles I've been having electrical issues with the car. The car would turn off I would pop the hood jiggle the battery cable and it would turn right back on. At 77,000 miles the engine was hydrolocked and replaced since then the car cranks up differently the RPMs were never hooked back up to the engine the car overheats if it is sitting without the air conditioner on. And I've replaced the battery now three times and today just had Chevy Wallace of Stuart replace the battery cable which they wanted to charge $135 for a diagnostic on a car it had a dead battery but an educated mechanic would have waited to run a diagnostic on the car until the battery was changed. Yet they replace the battery cable that was supposed to be replaced anyways and still charged $134 for a bogus diagnosis I'm a filing official complaints with Wallace Chevrolet Dyer Chevrolet of Fort Pierce and Chevy of Homestead since apparently Chevy doesn't know how to have a decent product or even work on it

    I checked the truck in at 7:30 by 815 Don Hamilton Told me what was wrong and that would be 3 or 4 hours. They drop me off at my house and pick me up in the afternoon. Don always takes good care of me

    Joe our salesman was excellent!! Only thing we had a issue with is the cleanness of the vehicle. was sent back 2 times and still wasn't satisfactory! I just gave up

    SAD!! Well, I work out of the country for long periods of time so I noticed that Wallace had a diesel 2500 while traveling home. I call as soon as I landed in Orlando to ask if the truck was availably. The man told me that it was, so I told him that I would see him the next day. The next morning I call and asked if there was anything I needed to know about the truck(malfunction , damage), he told me no of course. I drove from Merritt Island, Florida all the way to Sturt, Florida to buy this truck. Once there, I noticed a huge dent in the center of the tail gate. I told the guy that I couldn't see myself paying what he was wanting for a truck with a big ass dent in the tail gate. He said"o we will take care of that if you will buy the truck". I said ok as long as we get it down on paper. He agreed, so we made a deal. I bought the truck in late 2013. Its now March 2017 and I still have a big dent in the tail gate! I have called and called, they just keep blowing me off. Its really ashamed! I am disappointed and will not be dealing with this company again.

    SERVICE DEPARTMENT The service department is horrible. I brought my Saturn in for a flash and they fried the computer. Then they wanted $800.00 to replace it and the labor to install it. At the same time when I pick it up my car they told me they broke my shifter cables and gave me an estimate for $400 to fix this. I went across the store to the auto part store and fixed the cable for $30.00!!! As I am driving home the newly replaced computer fall from under the dash and under my brake pedal on Palm City Rd. I will never do business with this Chevy dealer again!

    ----Frankie Romero Seriously the best experience I've ever had car shopping. Jack Hine (care salesman) helped me find an amazing Malibu ltz. These guys really work hard for their customers to find them a car and make the shopping a pleasant fun experience. Ask for Jack, that guy is awesome. Would I recommend him and the dealership for finding a new car? Absolutely

    I have tried to by a corvette 2 times.. Chris runs credit, talks in circles,,, and doesn’t really understand I can pay for the car... he tells me my 2019 GMC is worth 14000 thousand less,,, then knows that financial score is 650 with bankruptcy 4 years ago.... at 70 years old I am not happy with buying this corvette.... I feel Mike Kennedy salesman who worked with me the first time,,,,,, could not get Chris to understand that I am a retired hotel casino manager,,, Chris talks down at me and jokes when I tell him I will take 31000 for my GMC and pay 52000 for a 2019 corvette that been in his showroom 8 months..... Chris must be a relative??????? Cause he sure doesn’t know what he is doing.... I went to automation and brought a 2020 corvette for the same price as he tried to sell this 20-19. Sad!!!!!!!!!
