Walker County Federal Credit Union is a great close knit family, they will go out of their way to help you with your lending needs!

Do not be fooled by their "Treat you like family" "Hometown bank" rhetoric! They are absolutely no different than any big box bank in any big city. They don't offer any atm refunds ( even though they have only one atm with their name on it in the entire town, so you HAVE to so others sometimes). They treat you like a number just like everyone else. Honesty means absolutely nothing to them. And if that magic little number isn't exactly perfect or you've got one negative thing on your credit....THAT is what defines you to this bank. You aren't a hard working blue collar honest living human being, you are exactly that number no matter how hard you have struggled in this unprecedented world to maintain honesty and integrity. To Walker county FCU, YOU are just a number and they see it strictly black and white. Do as I plan on doing and take your business elsewhere, they obviously don't value it at Walker county fcu.

Great friendly staff. They are very helpful for your needs. It's the first credit union that have been apart of, I haven't had to worry about them being bought out.

Great credit union with great service. I have personally worked with Karen Denman several times and highly recommend her excellent work ethic. She is very personable and quick to help. On top of great service they have great rates to boot.

The worse bank ever please go to a different bank they steal money out your account and lie about it and Rachel can go to he**

We have banked here for almost 30 years. Their service is as good as it gets and we've never found anyone that can beat their auto loan rates. I have had very few problems in that time but if there was one, a quick phone call was all that it took to get it rectified. They really, really care about you and your business!

I've been with these folks for years now and they've always been sociable and friendly and they've never failed to promptly address any issue I've had directly instead of the usual no hurry "I'll look into it" attitude most places seem to have as their sop.
