He's very patient considering I had several questions about the reasons of the refinance taking so long, but he always answered them usually within a day or so and put me at ease. Excellent experience - the easiest refinancing I have been through. Todd clearly laid out the options that best fit my needs. His team, Keegan in particular, was responsive, answered all questions that I had throughout the process, and most importantly communicated where they were in their process so I never felt that I was providing information and it went in to a black hole.

Can I leave a 10 star rating? If I could I would! Todd and his team, Kelly and Leslie went on and beyond their duty to help my clients. After my client got a bad pre-approval by a lender that was recommended by a friend and ended up approving him for $200k less than the original approval. We were in a pickle- I call Todd on Sunday told him it is an emergency. He immediately call my client and worked nothing less than magic to get him into his home today. Todd and Kelly Are The BEST! == It has already been a week since we closed. I wanted to THANK YOU again for your excellent service at Commerce Mortgage. My first refinance with Todd was in 2016 -- I had a timeline to meet and l was in Australia, traveling. The Team was able to work with my constraints and my logistics back then, and from what I know -- it was a smooth transaction. For this second refinance, I had more constraints -- a tighter timeline, sensitivity to cost and locking in a better rate. This time around, I shopped around to ensure I was getting a competitive advantage. Your Team had proven that there was no need to do that. Your Team had exceeded my expectations once again due to the following: 1. Leveraging Technology -- a particular Lender had me scrambling to print documents, fill them out manually, scanning and emailing the documents. I found it very easy to log-in to your portals to check the status of my loan to ensure I was on track and not missing anything. 2. Preparedness -- your Team asked fewer things from me and the ask was clear and well documented. I had a Lender ask me for more documentation and gave me the impression that they did not even perform simple sleuthing such as researching my employers' headquarter address. In essence, I had to do part of their job for them. 3. Competitive Rates -- from the beginning, I knew I wanted a rate below 4% Commerce Mortgage gave me what I wanted. 2 other Lenders was willing to give me 6% or 5%, which was the "lowest" for what my mortgage needs were. This further made me believe that Commerce Mortgage leads the pack in terms of rates. 4. Constant Communication -- I highly commend the Team for their patience and availability to answer my incessant questions and follow-ups. I knew the Team was busy due to all the other borrowers' mortgage needs (including my sister who just bought a house, the same time I was refinancing), yet, they found the time for me.
