My S/O and I recently married and wanted to start the process of merging our finances. Friends of ours recommended VyStar and we are very glad they did. We were able to accomplish everything we wanted in one visit. We worked with Che Reed at this location and he was absolutely wonderful. He was able to answer all our questions, help us merge our various accounts, caught errors we didn't even notice, and managed to do it all in a timely manner. Mr. Reed was incredibly personable and professional and deserving of a raise for his good work.

I’ve been with VyStar for almost 10 years. I was so excited to do my first auto loan with them and made sure I understood their policies before going to apply (called twice and went into the branch once). I go in today and they tell me despite a great credit score and an offer letter to a new position that pays significantly more, there’s nothing they can do to approve it, despite being told three times that it could be. I will now be closing my account upon moving out of Florida. I was excited to keep it for this loan and because they have been so good for the last several years, but seems pointless now.

Excellent Customer Service Experience!! I had a wonderful experience on this morning. I was assisted by an excellent customer service representative by the name of Taneisha Jamerson, she was very patient with me regarding my accounts and she explained to me everything in detail as to what I never knew, she’s very knowledgeable and knows her job very well. We are trying to get a loan on a car for my daughter. Loan is approved. Car is approved. But there were supposedly some documents error. Is been already a week and we still haven’t got the loan. And I feel like they are dragging their feet to give us the loan. We currently have 3 loans and a previous one for cars with VyStar on a different branch. And never had any problems before. At this point I’m about to tell my daughter to forget about getting that loan. And check a different route to get the car we want.

I have had the most professional and courteous banking experience with Mr. Che Reed. I have banked with Vystar for years and I hope that management realizes the he is very valuable asset to their business and my hopes are that one day I will walk into a branch and see that Mr. Reed is the branch manager.

Needed help by phone for a family member's account. Reached one person who transferred me cold to another person who sounded surprised to be getting a call, asked to put me on hold after a few minutes of talking and then we were disconnected but this person did not call me back. ***Then I called anew and reach Taneisha J in Gainesville and she was wonderful! She listened well, was patient, answered my questions, was able to do what I needed done, taught me a technical thing. She was just what I expect when I call to request customer service. Taneisha was professional, knowledgeable. She sure made her supervisor look good. Thank you!

Listen mr c reed (so sorry i can’t spell his 1st name correctly) but he definitely was a breath of fresh air! After having so many problems and ready to leave VyStar he saved the day! Employees like him are needed! People who go over and beyond are rarely appreciated! Appreciate him! Cherish him! Give the man a raise and a week off or something because he deserves it! I think his name is chay or chase he said so don’t give the wrong person praise. He works at this location but was helping the call center out today and I’m glad!

I received a phone call from Vystar yesterday stating a potential fraud charge (which it was) and was informed to come into a branch immediately. I went to the closest branch and the teller who assisted me was rude, was not able to answer my questions, and directed me to call the fraud department back, of which she could not provide a phone number to. I will never go to that branch again and went to the one on 34th Street who were amazing and helpful!
