VyStar Credit Union US, Mt Dora

The customer service at the Mount Dora office is by far the best we have ever experienced. Melody and her team take care of all our banking needs in a timely efficient manner. We just completed a large boat loan with them and had a remarkable experience. We highly recommend the Mount Dora VyStar.

I visited the Mt.Dora branch today with my mother who was opening an acct, and I also ended up opening an account. The customer service was amazing!! We met with Tricia and she was patient and made the banking experience fun! I know when in banking ever fun! It was at VyStar! My whole family will definitely be switching over!

Went in to open a couple of new accounts and update some old account info. Tricia was very knowledgeable and took care of everything. She was very professional, but kept us laughing while she did all the work. Love having a new branch so close to home.

I was having difficulties with my loan process at another branch, so that is when I decided to call the Mt. Dora location. Fortunately for me Polly answered the phone. She took the time to research my loan and inform me of all the documents I still needed to send over. She entered all the information and was even willing to set me up an appointment at any branch location for my convenience. Polly had the most amazing customer service which is incredibly had to find anymore. Thank you Polly for all your help!!!!!!!!

Each time my husband and I go into our branch we feel like we are seeing old friends. They are always ready to help with whatever we need and go above and beyond. They always have a great attitude and greet you with a smile. So glad we walked through those doors!!!

Upon entering Vystar Credit Union in Mount Dora, I was greeted immediately and with excitement. I was approached by Melody and asked how could I be helped on that particular day. She told me to give them a moment as everyone was attending to members and I would be helped as soon as possible. On that Saturday the system went down in the middle of me waiting and Melody came over instantly and informed me what was going on and I told her I would be back. The following Saturday I returned and was treated like a five star member from start to finish and I wasn't even a member yet. Tricia took her time with me and helped me get everything handled with ease. Tricia was pleasant, personable, friendly, and even had a sense of humor. She was everything that I needed at Vystar Credit Union on on Saturday. I do not take customer service lightly as I have worked in customer service for 8+ years. The entire team was PHENOMENAL. Over the past couple of months I have been working with Crystal Nimeth (Relationship Specialist II) and most recently Melody Hayes (Branch Vice President) at the Mount Dora VYSTAR CREDIT UNION regarding an ongoing Financial issue. Both Crystal and Melody have worked with me on what has turned out to be be a complicated Credit Card payment issue and I truly appreciate all of their time and efforts in resolving this issue. I’m even more impressed with what Crystal and Melody have done (for me) because I initially called the VYSTAR Main Phone Line, my call rolled over to their Branch and they have been there for me ever since. Not only have they assisted me throughout this process but they continue to follow up to make sure that everything is being taken care of. This is why I have been and continue to be a Member of VYSTAR CREDIT UNION for over 38 years, because of the professionalism and follow up from Crystal Nimeth and Melody Hayes that represent VYSTAR CREDIT UNION!

I've been with Vystar for over 20 years and currently live in Puerto Rico. Since the upgrade my husband and I have not been able to access Vystar but we were so fortunate to be able to speak with one of your representatives Trisha and today she was finally able to help me access my account. It's been very frustrating as we don't have access to any Branch offices here but she truly has been a blessing to finally be able to help us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
