I’ve loved this bank since moving to Florida. But I have since lost my trust with their online banking roll out to a new app and website. The communication in emails was constant for months so they had a ton of time to roll this app and mobile site out. They scheduled 3 entire days to switch over which was already asking a lot. They have now failed to get their online banking up and running since last Friday and more importantly I’ve lost trust in the bank to roll out something this poorly that I can no longer trust them with my finances in this day and age. Many companies have huge updates or have to transition at some point, but this update was an epic failure.

I requested a mortgage modification with VyStar. They refused to give me a quote over the phone After to talking to 5 different and non educated in finance. I sent them $50,000 it took them over a week to respond by mail , in the mean time they kept my $50,000. The response by mail was they would reduce my interest rate by0.25%. I had paid off over half of my mortgage. I went to a VyStar office And was guaranteed my 50,000$ would be returned in 24 hours. It has been 5 Days and they still have my money, interest free . This is a credit union I would never trust to Adhere to federal banking laws, and intend To contact a lawyer because they leave me no choice. BE WARE of who has your mortgage and their reputation for doing business,I allowed them to transfer the 50,000$ and it was done in minutes now I a have not been successful in getting it back

Never had one issue with Vystar for over five years. During this five years never went to the bricks and mortar bank more than twice. Have pretty much lost confidence right now, with their online banking changes. Problems have gone on way too long and are beyond the “I’m sorry “ stage. The new app rollout still is not functional. How can I trust them at this point ?
