I’ve had some customer service complaints at other branches before but this branch has never failed to exceed customer service expectations . Thank you.

My husband and I went to Vision Federal Credit Union without any hope in obtaining a personal loan after being denied with a few other banks. John B.Luby was our representative. He told us that our debt is very high,but worked with us in many ways,and in a very short time he got us approved for what we needed. Michele Hughston is probably the most patient, helpful, and persistent lady. Dealt with her for an auto loan, and let me tell you, this woman is good! Worked through all issues with poise and commitment.

I'll go out of my way to go to this branch over others nearby. The staff are always pleasant and very helpful.

The staff at this location are always really nice to talk to and is a great addition to Apalachian.
