    If you can go anywhere else, do it. This place is AWFUL! Since the beginning of the pandemic, the inside of the credit Union has been closed except for appointments. The lines are so long for the drive thru now that you’ll easily have an hour wait, no matter what time of day you go. Because of the extremely long lines, someone now has to sit outside and direct traffic. On top of the inside being closed, and the long lines, the ATM machines do not work either. How can you effectively manage a business and do absolutely nothing to work with your account holders? Every other bank in the area is open to the public with social distancing, minimal capacity and/or 10 minute time frames for customers to be in and out.

    I was serviced by the brach manager Adrian (i think that was her name) and while she was very knowledgeable and efficient she didnt display any soft skills, i felt rushed and almost like I was a bother to her. I've never had this experience at Virginia Credit Union and have to say I was highly disappointed.

    This location is soooo slow. I'm literally writing this while waiting at the drive thru. No one has been rude or anything but what I'm doing shouldn't take long AND I had to send back the thing so that they can take out the last customer's papers. Which also means it wasn't sanitized between people.

    This is usually a nice branch but I had the worse experience yesterday. I arrived at the bank at 5:23 yesterday evening. Sat in line to make a simple deposit. I finally got to the machine an hour later and I was the last car.....the did not provide a service or even acknowledge me being the last customer. I understand the time was late but I arrive in a timely manner and they failed at providing a service. I watched a familiar teller laughing and skip out the building to their vehicle. I am highly disappointed.

    I used to like this bank, but I swear the last few times I've been here (hand full) they havent helped and been rude each time. I hate leaving bad reviews and I kept trying to give this location the benefit of a doubt. But I literally waited in line today for 40mins to be told they won't cash a stimulus check tho I have done it at the bank the first time. Dont give anyone a notice or anything. Ridiculous.

    Never have a problem at this branch, it's close to home, I can run to the ATM to make deposit at any given time, It's great. What I love about this location compared to others are the Saturday hours, its the most convenient day for me. Now of course if you go in on a busy day there are going to be lines, that is understandable and normal, It's never bothered me. I've been with this Credit Union for about six years now and my experiences have been all around good.

    I've had nothing but a great experience from this bank until pandemic. It's not their fault we have to wear masks. I respect the fact they want all the customers to be safe. I will only take out loans and do all of my banking needs here

    Just came here solely to pick up a credit card someone had found and turned in, fortunately! The line was long and there was someone at each teller. Asked the financial advisor if she or someone could help me since I wasn’t a member and just needed to grab my card, she said she didn’t know what to tell me go stand in line. Excellent service, clearly sitting at a desk is her forte, not moving about. Not a good way to draw in potential members.

    The people are nice but the supervisor Jean is not i got over 200.00 in fees because I only had a saving account . So I opened a checking account and asked for her to just remove one 35.00 fee . She told me no and stated I got mailed a bunch of paper work I should of read it . What kind of customer service is that ! . Then she told me now I'm educated so it should not happen again . I have never been treated so poorly in my life by a bank official !

    Unbelievable this place still has customers. Thankfully I'm not one but I had to go here for something and its ridiculously slow. Who wants a bank that you have to wait in the drive thru for 45mins?
