The worst pawn shop i have ever been too i asked for a price online and then when i got to the store they raised it i don't know the two lady's name but they gave me the worst customer service experience i ever had I tried to return an playstation controller that was in bad condition which i didn't know until I used it the night before and they said I couldn't return it with the protection plan because the controller is still powered on and working and I couldn't return it. controllers are overpriced please avoid this pawn shop uncles Dan's is better overall.

Zero stars if I could!!!! Bought a ps4 yesterday came with the controller too(dec. 22), post said $100, no hard drive. I bought it since I had the hard drive myself. I get home and notice that it actually does have the hard drive. I turn it on, and it's just the blue light blinking but doesn't show anything on the screen at all so I'm guessing it's the blue light of death. The guy specifically told me it was ILLEGAL to sell broken stuff, I contacted them the next day and apparently they couldn't return because they sold it as is. Don't trust them, go somewhere else instead. Btw, the controller didn't work either. These are nothing but thieves.

They're so great at their job , great customer service . Been going here for YEAR'S and every time I go , I leave satisfied 😄😄😄 .. Been going , buying , sailing and pawning thing's so long they know my name and birthday by heart lol I love them .
