We've used State Farm over the years for home, car, rental, and boat insurance, and every step of the way or change Vicky and her team have been so great to work with! They are all so knowledgeable and present in their community. Recently, I worked with Jordan for a business quote and she was great! Can't recommend them enough.

I’ve been with Vicky Murphy and the State Farm girls since I first started driving. When I had started looking for a new car they were kind enough to give me quotes on different vehicles so I could have a general idea of what I would be paying. Highly recommend these ladies! They are amazing and treat you like family!!

Vicky and all of the other agents (ours specifically: Jordan) go out of their way to answer any and all questions my husband and I have had and reach out to us if they feel they could save us money or see a more fitting plan. I’ve never had a negative experience in this office and am always welcomed with smiles and feel like the agents genuinely care about each customer.

Let me say this. I used to have geico. When I lived in Pennsylvania I paid 100$ a month for insurance. When I moved back to west virginia geico raised my price to 240$ a month. I talked to state farm and they brought it down to 124$ a month. With their driving app my next 6 month quote went down to 75$ a month. I highly suggest using state farm.

My family has used State Farm for years. The ladies at the Gassaway branch have always went above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of not only with our insurance, but personally as well. They are involved with the community and that makes dealing with them even better. We are thankful for each of them. It’s nice being able to call a business and they know who you are! You’re a person, not a number.

Vicky and her team are amazing! Her office team is kind, professional, and quickly responsive to any needs a customer has. We have been customers for 10+ years and are happy with the coverage we’ve had! Would recommend highly!

Customer since 1994 and wouldn’t dream of taking my business elsewhere. Vicky and JJ have taken care of me when I didn’t even know I needed it! We have never had a delay in services or denial of a claim. Hands down the best insurance team you could ever want. We have all our vehicles, home and motorcycle insured with Vicky and could not be happier. JJ talked to me at length about a refi on my home through Quicken loans when they partnered with State Farm and saved me over $50k dollars with a lower interest rate. If your insurance team isn’t looking out for your best interest, get with Vicky and her team!!! 100 stars should be an option because they earned them.
