    Great credit union. Nice staff. Muna was a pleasure to work with. My only gripe was I had to show proof of what I needed my loan for which prolonged my process but all in all, great experience.

    I have had the pleasure of working with Latoya Taylor twice since I have opened my account and she has been amazing every time!!! She needs to be promoted to the next position because she is fantastic at what she does. Seriously. I promised her I would send her flowers and they are coming, girl! I was with U of M credit union and I thought vibe wouldn't be on their level, but how wrong I was! U of M sucks! Go with Vibe! Their personality matches where they work! Thank you Latoya! :)

    ATM works to not charge credit union accounts but when I tried to break a few 20's into 10's through the tube system and they refused unless I had an account with them. Is that not what a bank does? Is this a new covid policy? It was not made clear to me. My credit union is rather far away since moving but I dont think I will be considering this establishment.

    Never had a problem with this bank. Great people! They ask how you are doing and seem to listen. My card had gotten messed up , just from use. And they were able to print me one right there, I thought I would have to wait a week and get it in the mail. Very nice building, things are clean and presentable.

    A terrible place to bank with... Their loan officers treat you like animals amd demand information about personal spending. They had the gall to ask how much we spend on everyday items including food, gas, cigarettes, and much more. They do not care about anyone or anything other than taking your money every chance they get with outrageous fees and charges. I had someone drop off our house payment and they demanded his drivers license even though they do not bank with them or are on our mortgage. They asked them personal questions as well. They also sell personal information gathered in cases like this. Your personal information is not safe once these people get ahold of it.

    I’ve been banking with Vibe Credit Union for a few years now and my only issues are lack of advancement. It seems like everything has to be done over the phone. I bank with Navy Federal Credit Union as well and receive more incentives and benefits.

    Vine’s banking app is the WORST. Good luck successfully depositing a check without a million errors and having to try over and over again.
