From start to finish Veterans United was A+. I never had a question or concern that was not addressed immediately. Lisa and Jamie were the 2 people that I had the most communication with and I am so thankful for them. My closing was not the smoothest yet Jamie made sure that I had as little stress as possible. Well let me start from the beginning it was a fantastic working with veterans United found the house started the home buying Process After finding the house that you wanted we are under contract for 3 months veterans United played games and waited to the very last 2nd as in 2 days before the closing date that we are supposed to sign for the house to put everything up for a clear to close review turns out that there was something wrong in my wives social security number so we had to call the 3 major credit unions and get that fix well that was fixed within 5 days it took veterans United another week after that of them saying the SSN was wrong even though it wasn't it was just on their end off it and they were trying to blame it on something else it took us calling a branch manager explaining our problem and 30 minutes after hanging up on the phone with the branch manager we got a clear to close. well from the beginning it was a 5 star review and then towards the end we give 3 star review cause we were missed lead on some information that should be a one star review but it's kind of a me is costing us a couple thousand bucks but hey are fault I guess.

To start as a 5 and drop to a 2...that is fairly telling and the opposite of our OWN expectations for any service or experience. I know that on 3/26 Nathan with our client advocate team was in contact with your wife. Nathan was able to get with our Lighthouse program and ensure the SSN issue was expedited. Though I am less than thrilled about how you were made to feel during the final days of your loan process, I am excited that we were able to keep the process moving forward, regardless of issues that arose late in the process and made sure that you closed on the home you earned! We do strive to deliver great service while helping our veterans and service members use their loan benefit. If you believe we failed in our goal, we want to know everything that happened so we can review for potential training opportunities or corrective action.
