I've met with Tray several times to discuss possible transactions. Each time he has treated me like family, even though I am not yet a member of Verity. He understands the products and services Verity provides and explained them to me professionally. He was able to arrange a HELOC for a client of mine. Coincidentally, just yesterday she found a home to purchase in New Mexico and the HELOC will be the primary tool allowing her to purchase that home. Great guy. Great service. You can rely on Tray.

They’re ok but the online banking is always messing up and it’s difficult to find a number for customer service that doesn’t just get you lost in automatic systems and hard to just talk to someone

Nick wrote me a PPP Loan, but will not setup an appointment via telephone to discuss reporting on this loan. I have used many banks in Canada and the USA, but will take my wife and my own business banking elsewhere. Umpqua or BECU may be our choice of credit unions. I have mostly had pleasant experiences with the tellers at the Wallingford branch, though they aren't super experienced, but specifically Nick has been condescending via email, citing how many PPP loan App's they've received, and cannot book a specific time for a call. He clearly does not care about his customers and would benefit much from not working from home and being able to book a 15 min call in his month. Very disappointed customer here who will surely go elsewhere for my future banking. I could go on, but I'd steer clear of Verity, specifically Nick and go to Umpqua or BECU for your CU needs.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Verity Credit Union for 7 or 8 months now. I find them, to a person, to be the most helpful, caring people that I have ever encountered in a banking environment before. They go out of their way to solve any issues that may be bothering me, to help - in great detail - when I need advice. To me their bank is definitely a FIVE STAR ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Credit union / bank!!

I switched to Verity after the financial crisis and could not have been happier to have done so. There are some pretty bad reviews on here, but I've found everyone at Verity to be extremely personal, friendly, and go out of their way to provide good service. They now are my only banking service and I would recommend them to everyone. They provide all financial services, listen to feedback, and continually improve upon fantastic service.

I chose Verity Credit Union over others in the area because the staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. I went in to the Greenwood branch in a financial panic one day - Matt told me about Charnell Morud, Verity Financial Coach. Her office is at the Northgate branch, but she will meet at any Verity branch. I made my first appt with her in July 2018. Long story to short, she helped me get my credit rating to go from bad, to fair, to good and it’s a few points from excellent now. I’m very proud of myself and very thankful to Charnell. Her financial coaching is free and she is the best! She guides and suggests but you must actively participate in order to make positive progress. Thank you Charnell!

I am in the process of fixing up my home to sell it. I was advised by Tray that a HELOC would be the best tool to help me accomplish my objectives. I have finished the fix up and am now in the process of selling my home and buying another home. Tray was so right and having that HELOC available is my saving grace. I now can make an offer with confidence that I can afford to purchase that home. Working with Tray has been a real blessing.

Today I spoke with Nicole Krasy from this location. She is the individual who handles insurance matters in Member Solutions. She was incredibly rude and it was apparent that providing me with a solution was not a priority for her. She has a nasty attitude and it is sad I can detect that from a 10 minute phone call. Verity has been good to me but SHE poorly represents the company! I was taking notes during the call and when I asked for her name she giggled almost as if there would be no consequence for her poor service. I have worked in customer service for several years and though the customer is not ALWAYS right, I believe that their needs should be heard and respected. That was not the case when I spoke with Nicole today. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, she nonchalantly said "well, he's just gonna tell you the same thing". I am not fond of writing poor reviews but it is important for others to know in the event they have to contact her for any reason. I recommend speaking with someone else or her supervisor. She is not helpful or interested in "member solutions" at all.
