Vectra Bank - Pueblo South W Northern Ave, Pueblo

3 years ago Vectra sent me a past due notice on a loan. I have not had a loan with V for year and years and the loans I did have, the payment was auto deducted from my checking account. I spoke to the bank people in Pueblo (all employees are very nice and helpful). I showed them the paperwork and they said they would take care of the situation. Now, 3 years later, the same exact problem comes up again with the same loan number. This time V sends me notice that could damage my credit score. I sent them the $52.00 JUST TO GET THEM OFF MY BACK !!!! NEVER again will I borrow from Vectra. I will keep my checking and savings at V but ONLY because the bank is close to my house. Other than that, I would close out my accounts and more elsewhere.

My whole family has used Vectra since they opened. Always had a good experience. Now that I've used several other banks and credit unions, I can say Vectra is just great. Convenient locations and friendly staff all the time.

You know what I'm not even a member of this Bank but after my experience with him I'm pretty sure I'm going to change my Banks the people of this Bank and expecially the branch manager mrs. Keys are the most friendliest and open-hearted people I've met in a long time if you want a good bank that will do everything they can not just for you but for their fellow man choose this Bank I can only imagine their customer service is probably 20 times better good just dealing with somebody who's even not a member you guys are awesome keep up the good work God bless

They called and harrassed us until they got an amount that they were not owed. They wouldn’t let anyone use their restroom so we had changed banks.

A bank is supposed to make change this bank sucks I went to get $25 in one's and because I'm not a member they wouldn't help me. Rude and a bunch of nonsense now you know I work for Google Fu&# victora bank losers. Boycott this bank

Love this bank the manager that runs it is the glue that holds it all together!!!!!! Impecable service promptness and advice!!!!!! Best bank manager EVER!!!!!!!!!
