I really appreciate the Vectra team! As a business owner your bank team they've done a great job getting PPP loans for our company and Lisa F has been extraordinarily kind and helpful to me.

Our family and former business have banked with Vectra in several branches for many years. We've found their service to be friendly and helpful. And the staff remembers who we are.

Got an account here just to cash checks for my disabled father, explaining to them the purpose of this account. Was told that would not be an issue. 4 months later and I still have to go to the other side of town to deal with my dad's bank because this bank has yet to cash a single check for my dad. They always tell me something different about why they won't. Disorganized, dishonest, rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant to work with. Taking my business elsewhere. So much for local pride.

If you're looking for a new bank, go with Vectra - specifically with Jason Primm! He makes banking calm and easy and you can tell he actually cares about his clients. Way better than the big banks where you are just a number. Thanks Jason!

Jason Primm is exceptional. A lot of my fellow colleagues and freidns had a very hard time woth PPP loans and banking in general through covid and before the pandemic. Jason made the process seamless for me. He is prompt, attentive, kind, qualified, knowledable and helpfull. I cannot recommend him highly enogh. We got in touch with this bank to explore the possibility of getting a mortgage with them. April Muniz emailed me and asked me a bunch of questions. I answered every question and sent her some documents with sensitive info on them. Then she completely ghosted me. I sent her a couple of follow up emails, which she never answered. So unprofessional.

I spent more than 6 hours trying to resolve an issue with a funds transfer that didn't go through due to technical difficulties on the part of Vectra Bank (as far as I can tell at least — I never got a straight answer) and resulted in multiple insufficient funds fees (they charge $24/week plus $8/day and don't automatically notify you until the fees go to their collections department). In the process, I was given the wrong reference number (either intentionally or by sheer incompetence), inconsistent reasonings from different customer service representatives as to what went wrong, and in the end, no resolution. This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a bank.

Before my husband and I were married, he banked at Vectra, what a great blessing!! the whole crew, especially Lisa Forseen are wonderful, they watch over us and help correct anything that needs correcting. THE BEST LOCAL bank in Boulder. Carol and Michael Morphew

They were really rude once they found out i wasnt there to give them business. I work at a neighboring business and just went in to talk to them about a neighborhood issue. Had the exact same conversation with the credit union across the street and they were extremely polite. Lesson learned, avoid Vectra.

Decent customer service, good savings rates. Sometimes a bit of a wait to be served.
