Stephen I Awesome!!!! I have used him for every mortgage I have ever gotten. He has done home loans, refinances, and home equity lines for myself, my family,tons of my friends, and clients. He has a attitude that I always appreciate in that he never tells you something that he can't deliver. I have found that if he says something won't fly, you can go to 10 other lenders and, while they may say it will work, you find out later that Stephen was right! Jessica with his office is very nice and easy to work with as well. Getting a mortgage is always a little stressful, but I find that this team keeps me informed and ready for everything. I will say that through the years I have shopped his rates, and I have always felt that I was getting the very best deal out there. In short...you can't go wrong with the Katz team, and your pocketbook will thank you. Can you tell I really do like him? I do!
