I would give no stars if I could. Scam artists, lied to sell a protection plan stating I can return to ANY Value Pawn, they claim that they never said that of course. Finally got back to the place I drove all the way to to buy this bum scooter that immediately stopped working and they claim the expiration date actually means it expires the day before??? Lol I have NEVER heard of that in my life. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Lied to sell a worthless “protection” plan.

Used to go here al the time went I today and they was very rude and disrespectful and they stero type assumed my ps4 was stolen when it’s been their a lot neve ragain

Jessie is very friendly and very helpful. Came from out of town and she took care of me.

Great attitude from employees sorta surprised was able to bid for a fair price for old stuff i don’t use anymore and it wasn’t a bad experience all in all... was a little skeptical at first but it was all good in the end

The manager Veronica is so RUDE. She did not make me feel welcome as a customer. I tried talking to her and she continued to walk around the store. She has a IDGAF attitude. I won’t be returning the that store because of her.

Hands down the best pawn shop in Seminole Heights - quite possibly Tampa Bay area! I know that's a big claim but being born and raised in the Tampa Bay area ive gone to Every pawn shop in town I have yet to find a better pawn shop.. Melissa made it a very pleasent experience I will never go anywhere else...!!

The Girls at the store are very helpful, everytime i need some extra cash with my loans they help me, also store is very clean.
