Horrible customer service, they are very rude and show no type of interest in doing business with customers. DO NOT GO HERE. You will not get the correct value of your items. I ended up going to La Familia Pawn and Jewelry on 79th and I wish I would of just saved my time and went there first.

This is the most horrible experience I've ever had TV shopping. What kind of corporate office leaves a business full of customers and employees with no AIR CONDITIONING in Miami Florida? Value pawn that's who.....i am a loyal and frequent customer at this store, but I've gone there MULTIPLE TIMES THIS MONTH and I HAVE TO LEAVE BECAUSE THE HEAT IS UNBEARABLE!!!!!!!!!.... this is totally UNFAIR to the customers not to mention ABUSE ON THE EMPLOYEES.....WE ARE IN MIAMI!!!!!!! EVERY HOME AND BUSINESS NEEDS A WORKING HVAC SYSTEM!!!!!! I come to this store because NOT ONLY IS IT CLOSE TO MY HOME BUT THEY HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES show exceptional attitude and GREAT customer service EVEN UNDER THE INTENSE MIAMI SUMMER HEAT WITH NO A/C....Value pawn better pray Their employees don't start quitting on them because they ALREADY LOST A CUSTOMER AND I AM NEVER GOING BACK......I WILL TAKE MY MONEY TO A STORE WITH AIR CONDITIONER WHERE I KNOW I WONT HAVE TO CALL RESCUE AND PARAMEDICS ONCE IM DONE SHOPPING FOR A TV!!!!
