I went to buy some jewelry and my son was planning to buy a vintage radio. But I asked to go to the restroom and one employee with a spanish name and of course Latin woman , said no. She doesnt deserve the position, I feel embarrassed, because I’m From Puerto Rico, but I’m professional and I have a good attitude. I ran and left this place, They don’t care about the costumer. Horrible customer service. I also asked about one ring and they don’t know what stone it has in it. Runnnnnn far from this place. Overall just horrible I will not be returning any time soon.

Closed early, and didnt update hours, when i showed up at 6:01 to pick up my laptop which i need TODAY they refused to let me in one min past there closed time, then though they had 5 customers in there paying for things, they told me they cant accept payments past 6. I watched at 5 people payed for items past 6 o'clock . Lazy employee on the phone refused to let me pay 1 minute after they closed tho

So this was my third time ever going to a pawn shop(same pawn shop), first time the woman was rude. I figured she was having a bad . 2nd time selling thing for a friend who is disabled,,, same woman and same additude......rude and direct, no personality. 3rd time I went in to pay for my girlfriends pawned items and same woman. She was stressed. And when she gave back the items it was missing a ring. When I asked about it she didn't care and was nor helping solve the problem. She insisted that she didn't have it. I asked her to go check and she refused. I kept trying to talk to her saying I know u have would u please check cameras, she said no. She looked over me and said can I help u to another. They have my girls ring and I don't know what to do. Any ideas. I will never go there again.

The Latino women is very rude! She has very serious problems. She tried to rob me a few times. If she is the manager of that place, she will cause that pawn shop to go out of business. Lol. Good luck, Value pawn! You are going to need it! Lol.
