I would like to leave a review that is fair and honest. I have read some of the other reviews and I can say that like myself it looks like more first time home builders. Since we have been in our home a year and spoken to many other home owners that built their homes, delays are just a part of building a home. No other person I have spoken with had their home built by Value Build Homes. Out of 6 other couples 4 other builders. All said basically the same thing the builders have delays some longer than others but no one stayed on track. I will say that the road was bumpy to start. I am a process kind of person just seem like there was a great process up until the time to start the build. We lived on property while our home was built. We did catch some things that sub-contractors missed or did wrong. Called VBH and they did get those items handled. Overall, we are happy with our home a few things that if we had been asked or told about would have made things better the like the garage door if we had known it would not have cost that much more to have an insulated door we would have upgraded. We did upgrade the shingles on the roof felt like that was a no brainier. In close, looking back at the build I think that us living on the property both helped and made us stressed. When you see, nothing being done for a day or two you think this is a perfect day for them to do (Fill in the Blank___________). Builder are at the mercy of sub-contractors and just like a regular job people just do not show up some days. I would recommend VBH to build your home but just remember that most all builders struggle from time to time with work flow and that is the fact.

Lewis Rubin is absolutely phenomenal to work with during your design process. He is the epitome of what you would expect when working with someone to build your dream home. His attentiveness to detail and desire to do whatever it takes to create your vision is paramount. We are in the infancy stages of our build process, but his work is worth acknowledging and speaks real value towards the company he represents.

The builder was clean cut professional. Quick to respond to an email,text or phone call. Kind and courteous great communication. I would highly recommend company to any friend or family member.

They were very informative. They showed us the blue prints of the house inside and outside and made any changes we wanted made and helped us with choosing colors and patterns and how we wanted all the rooms set up

Everyone I worked with was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always quick to help. Build was super fast with quality work! Everyone was always available to answer questions in a timely matter. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

We had our house built 3 years ago and have regretted using this company from the beginning of the process. Please check BBB before you decide to use this company. We lived in a camper on the property and was able to catch all the obvious mistakes. This was the most stressful experience I have ever had. The only positive experience was our salesman Chris. I would not recommend this company to build a dog house let alone someone's home.

Great place to buy a home. Quality was exceptional and the construction crews were friendly and hard workers. Paul did an excellent job making sure our new home was completed quickly and that there were no issues. I would have gave more stars if i could, I could not be more pleased.

I drive pass this office and considered using this company to build my mom a home . However I cannot afford delays and excuses. This company response to the matters sounds more like a referral company instead of a builder , I think I have read enough reviews to say that I'm feeling a little uneasy, If you say the job can be done in 90 days , I wouldn't expect 365 days . I will continue to read all the reviews up to my decision making process is complete. Thanks for your input and experience with this company.

Although my house is finished, it took over a year to get there, this after they promised a 90 day build time. This company does build your house cheaper than anyone else but remember, you get what you pay for. Read the review by Ashley Webster, ours pretty much was the EXACT same situation, except maybe worse. I'm sure she and I would have great fun comparing stories. They did the best they could to make it right in the end, but it was still us just accepting things that clearly weren't right just knowing that one day we would fix it down the road. Clearly not the way any home builder that took real pride in their work would ever allow. I'm just glad it's all said and done.

I love my home, however, the things that I chose for my home were not met to needs. When I spoke to the manager regarding the matter he assured me that he was gonna take care if the matter....a month later when I called back he was not working for the company anymore. The staff are very unprofessional. They do not return calls nor do they do as they say they're going to do as promised. The main goal to do as business professionals is to make the customers satisfied and they did not do as should. There were a lot more issues that I will not speak upon.
