Horrible service my husband can't read or write an they won't allow anyone to help him fill out a background check. They made him feel so bad about the fact he can't read! I would give this place 0 stars if it was possible. I don't wish this on anyone my husband can't even get his gun out of pawn so I made a complaint with corporate an now we can't do anything till then! Any ideas !

NOOOOOOOOO STARRRSS AT ALLLL. GO SOME PLACE ELSE TO BUY GUNS. I WOULD PREFER ROYS PAWN AND GUN. WHEN THEY HAVE PEOPLE RUNNING THIS BUSINESS YOU WOULD THINK NO WONDER PEOPLE GO TO PUBLIC PLACES TO CAUSE HELL.

I went in to look for a camera and found a great deal that I couldn't pass up. The customer service made the experience even greater. The sales manager, other sales representatives who assisted, and the rep who was assisting me really showed me that they "value" their customers. This really impressed me as well as their layaway plan. Grateful for the service and the product that I purchased!

I swear I will never do business here again! Tried to pawn a digital camera cause it was a 20.1 Mp brought it in and was told they could give me 25 but I'd have to bring the charger well today I brought the charger and was called a liar by the manager only after threatening to contact the BBC he got an attitude and said they don't take smaller digital camera when they had some in the display case for sale only after calling his bluff he sighed and said fine we will give you 20 after which he told me to "Get out of his store" Don't waste your time with this pawn shop horrible service and the entire staff are rude and liars

Will never do business with these people again!!!!!. My daughter went in last night and was looking @ a digital video camera. Left and checked walmart prices came back and they asked her which one she wanted. The sales lady said someone else had been looking at the video camera. She handed it to her and went to get cords from back, then stop to help another customer. Came to my daughter and took the camera from her and called the man from behind her and said she was selling it to him.. OK she could have said that a 1st instead of having my daughters family wait (1 month old with her crying). Then asked her if she want the camera she had also been looking at. She did the right thing and walked out. I had also told her to ask about a return policy, since how would she know if the camera would even work and take good quality picture. The manager said he might allow a store credit but would have to keep the camera for several days to see if it didn't work, since they do not check them when they except them. WOW they must check them or else they wouldn't give much money for it.

I'm not happy right now. My last day to pay on layaway was today.i looked online to make sure I got here before you closed and you close at six rather then seven which is what is posted online. Change your online info so this does not happen again.

Tried to lowball me. I guess they assume certain people are drug addicts and their tag line is "15.00" really lol. I went straight to park row and new york where doc holliday pawn gave me the small loan i needed that day. Dont go to valu pawn. They are trash and biased. You can tell because its no diversity in the employees.

THIS PAWN SHOP SUCK! THEY CRACKED THE SCREEN ON MY 48INCH VIZO TV AND WILL NOT REPLACE IT. DON'T EVER GO HERE!! CHECK YOUR STUFF BEFORE YOU LEAVE. BETTER YET..DON'T GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS. UPDATE...JUST A FEW HOURS AFTER MY POST THEY REPLACED MY TV. BECAUSE OF THE HASSLE..I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN.

They were cool with me and gave me a good price. I didn't have any problems 👍🏾

This is the worst place ever. The owner is so rude not sure how he is still in business. I will not return. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
