Valu + Pawn S Rogers Rd, Irving

This pawn shop is really bad because they scam people and there is one lady that doesn't know how to explain correctly. Her name is Ana and the other one is Raul. He is super rude and bitter.

This is the most unprofessional pawn shop I've ever been. Said they would buy my laptop. It was in pefect condition. Had the password but was told i had to remove my password or they can't take it. None of them new how to do it out of the 3 that were there then told me they didn't want it. Even though the computer was open and read to go. I will never do business with them again. They were rude and acted like the were above me. I also want to add i will be reporting the to the city and corporate.

I would say this is just a decent pawn shop. It used to be an excellent pawn shop in the 70s when it was owned by my grandfather Jones. Anyways you can find reasonable deals here often, although every time I walk in they seem to acknowledge everybody else accept me for some reason. You can probably guess why. Then I spend a hundred or two hundred dollars and then they're super nice. Staff needs some manners besides that it's decent could have more items on the showroom floor though.

Honestly every time i pass this place it angers me. They ripped me off a few years ago and i cannot get over it. I was really young and it was the first and only time i have felt angry and disgusted by a business.

They have always been so helpful and work with me. I have come to know most of them quite well and they are so sweet.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
