      The worse experience ever. The management is rude and is not helpful at all. The worse place/bank. Do not go there, I rather drive an extra 20 minutes just to avoid going there. Rules are the same at Valley National banks when it comes to transactions, however, this bank gave me some odd rule. I went to a different branch and was able to complete my transaction. I am not sure if it's because I went there in a Saturday and the manager wanted to go home but very rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. Would not recommend going there. I give this branch a 0 star review.

      Poor customer service! I'm pretty sure if you here a or buzzer that you know a customer is waiting. Waited for five minuets, then had to call to see if they were open! Come on get it together!
