This bank works like a Swiss watch... very organized from their facility and the service... Linda and Anna are the most kindest and sweetest persons I ve ever Communicated in a bank facility... nice environment also and pretty much the whole stuff helps in whatever you ask...

I currently have a truck loan from valley, for three years I have made my payment every week of the 20th (20th being my due date) I was not able to get into their new portal online system to make my October payment by the time it actually worked abd didn’t say “error” I got on and made my payment and looked and saw that I had a very high late fee. Thinking to myself I have never been late in three years how can this fee be his high? So I call customer service and she tells me my payment is due the 12th I say no unless you guys changed it it’s the 20th. She says no sir it’s always been the 12th I asked if she checked my entire history she says no. Now if that was true I would have 3 years worth of late payments it’s not that much. So how messed up is your system? So I tell her the old portal never once told me I had late payments It always said balance “zero”. She tells Me yes sir the old portal we weren’t able to control. Ok so I say to her what can we do about this she says what do you mean you have to pay your late payments. I tell her ok but clearly I made a payment every week of the 20th for 3 years I never received any notices nothing about being late not a email a letter nothing on my portal so how would I have know I was late? She said because your payment was due on the 12th. I ask her ok we been threw that but can you see my position? She says yes but your payment is on the 12th I say make who can I talk to about this she tells Me no one and she would file a grievance but she says they probably will not do anything about it. I say please file the grievance she says “ok sir have a good day” I ask do I get a email or anything how do I know what happens? Are you going to tell them my situation? She says no sir just check back next week or something.... I ask what kind of customer service is this? Customer for three years making a payment on time to my original date every month and this is how I’m treated? At this point I do not recommend doing any business with this bank I mean why would you? I will wait to hear back from someone with little better customer service but there’s nothing at this point in time keeping me from refinancing to another bank with better customer service.
