I drove over there with a simple issue (that I didn't know was simple at the time) and the guy at the desk (I never even got his name) just stared at me for a second and told me to come back in 15 minutes, which was reasonable, if you're busy then you're busy. When I came back, he put his jacket on and walked out there with me. He looked at my door for a few seconds and shook it. After he just stood there for a few seconds in silence, I asked him what the verdict was and he said I need to buy a new car. He then just kind of repeated that until I left. I have never felt so unwelcome and it was the least helpful thing I've ever had to deal with. My next door neighbor ended up fixing it in 5 minutes after looking at my door for a few seconds, so either this guy had no idea what he was doing or he just didn't want to deal with me. Either way, I know me never going there won't hurt business but I hope you folks don't treat people like that ever again.
