USAA. ATM Whittlesey Blvd, Columbus

Both the USAA atms in this area are constantly down. The fact I have to drive 20-30 minutes one way to get to These is ridiculous. Worst thing USAA did was pull their location out of this area. Here’s a genius idea. Maybe put on on post? Where all the service members that use your bank work?

ATM is consistently down!! i can never deposit cash when need to and it is becoming a pain in the rear!! I am looking for a local bank. This is ridiculous!! Major inconvenience to only have two ATM's that no one can use cause they are always down!!

Can't understand why USAA closed their office here in Columbus, GA when Ft. Benning is one of the largest US installations. This ATM is frequently down. And NO we don't need a USAA on Ft. Benning only since the majority of the members live off post. An office in Columbus and an ATM on post...maybe???

I deposited money into the atm, it shorted $50 on my deposit. I couldn't make out the deposit amount on the receipt it's so stupid I want my $50 back asap or it deposited with the rest of my money

I was nervous heading here against three clock due to the previous negative reviews. I can say that today I had no issues except for the slow customer ahead. Not thrilled with the location add you would not know it was there if maps didn't tell you. Without a physical location here anymore, ATMs need to be visible.

BOTTOM LINE: YOU HAVE TO RUN ALL THE WAY EITHER TO MILLER ROAD OR TO BLACKMON. THANKS USAA FOR GIVING UP OUR FINANCE CENTER TO NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION WHICH IS A JOKE. SO SORRY TO SAY I'VE BEEN A MEMBER FOR OVER 35 YEARS WHEN USAA WAS CREATED FROM THE GOVERMENTS EMPLOYEE CREDIT UNION TO GET THE CHARTER FOR USAA IN SAN ANTONIO WHICH IN THE BEGINNING IT ONLY LET SENIOR NCO'S AND OFFICERS JOIN. IT'S VERY SAD THAT THE PAST CEO'S CAN'T GET IT THROUGH THEIR HEADS TO PLACE THE FINANCIAL CENTERS ON THE INSTALLATIONS I.E. FORT BENNING. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR I WOULD!!!!

Love USAA. Like the deposit at mobile app. Makes life easy. Don't miss the branch most of the time.

It's on the side of the building, drive up to and make deposits and draw cash super quick.

The ATM needs to have the option to deposit cash and checks.

Atm is constantly down have to drive 20 min to get here.
