March 19, 2022: the ATM is in good working order, the old ATM allowed you to choose your denominations, this one didn’t let me choose. But at least it’s back and up and running

For those who came by before when the ATM was missing... this photo was taken at 12:15pm on March 8, 2021. The ATM has been returned to its original spot and it looks like it got a facelift. Yay. We have a USAA ATM back on the southeast side of Houston.

Just looked up the closest USAA ATM on their app, talked to a rep on the phone and saw on google this was open. Pulled up to it and there’s caution tape and the actual ATM is gone... had to drive 45 minutes to get here. Don’t waste your time driving here and apparently don’t waste your time talking to the USAA service reps on the phone because they don’t know what they are talking about.

Great ATM, Clean and Well Lit. If you're looking for it, it's in the Walmart Parking Lot on the South Side just North of El Dorado. I'm not sure why Google Maps is saying it's somewhere else.

Update Sep 2020: location seems to be closed (ATM is entirely missing??) After reading a review posted just a few weeks ago about a cash deposit gone wrong and failure of the CU to take care of a customer’s poor experience, I was quite hesitant to use this location. We deposited 25 bills, and while it seemed like the machine took a while to count it, the process went through without issue, counted correctly, and was immediately available in our account. We will definitely use this location again.

Worst ATM EVER. First time using this atm to deposit cash and it took my money, said there was an error and to take my cash back but the door wouldn’t open for me to take my money back out! Spent 20 minutes with usaa only for them to tell me they have to send someone out there to see the problem and they will apply a “temporary credit” to my account that may or may not be temporary. Still don’t have a credit on my account for this transaction... Thanks for nothing!
