USAA ATM Carmel Mountain Rd, San Diego

Wish they placed the ATM on the north side instead of the west facing side. It's difficult to see the screen during bright daylight and you have to move a shadow over the screen in order to see it. Difficulty viewing screen brings this rating down to 3 stars.

If I could give no stars I would. This ATM is ALWAYS OUT OF ORDER!!!! Do not waste your time and gas money going to this one. I am so frustrated with USAA banking. It’s very antiquated and the customer service is unresponsive. I’m going to change banks. This is completely unacceptable when there are no many other competent banking institutions. Get your act together USAA and stop pretending that you’re special and that it’s a privilege to be one of your members, because it’s not.

This is the only ATM that accepts deposits in this area, within a 15 mile radius. This is a military city and unfortunately the atm is always temporarily unavailable. Customer service via telephone has become the worst since closing branch locations. We will be taking our money to a local, more friendly, and convenient location.

WHEN USING GPS, IT WILL TAKE YOU BACK AND FORTH TO EVERYWHERE AND NOWHERE NEAR THE DESTINATION. INSTEAD, GPS SEE'S CANDY OR MOSTRA COFFEE 92064, AND YOU CAN SEE THE ATM KIOSK IS RIGHT NEXT TO IT, I HOPE NO ONE ELSE HAS TO GO CRAZY TRYING TO LOCATE THE DAMNED THING! ( HOME DEPOT PARKING LOT )

This Useless ATM has not been fixed for about a year and I'm surprised no one else has reported this. USAA are you ever going to get this ATM fixed or is it forever going to be unavailable?

USAA is the best. I am always reminded when I open up a secondary account elsewhere and get hit with the fees and craziness.

The text is all black on red buttons, very difficult to see in any kind of lighting.

USAA is about 35 years behind the rest of us

Almost constantly out of order. Poor.

I wish there were more of them around.
