They have no sense of responsibility, accountability or regard towards a claimant in informing them if they decide to total your car after they agreed to repair the damages to your car due to their insured driver being at fault for causing those damages. DO NOT USE THEIR 3RD PARTY SNAPSHEET APPAISERORS if you can avoid doing so. Have a LIVE APPRAISOR come out to do the estimate of the damages to your car. If you use SNAPSHEET this will only make it harder for your repairs to be processed and susceptible of having your repairs determined later not to be done at all due to their agency valuating the condition of your car not being worth the expense to repair...regardless what you can prove counter to this conclusion. USAA and their 3 party evaluators will make it very easy for USAA not to have to pay for your repairs but rather consider your car an easy way out by claiming it as a total loss.
