    Just want to let the public know that the Donelson Branch is the worst branch I've ever been to of all the US Community Credit Union. I had to go into the branch, because their was one car in front of me that was holding up the line. That's ok, it was lunch time, when I got in the teller was busy no problem again only one working. What a assume to the branch manager never offer to help her or even speak for that matter, or asked if I need help. She just went in her office is this what customer service is in this world. I worked for a bank for many years and this would never be accepted, also work retail same thing. I'm moving my account to Chase thanks for helping me make that decision

    I went to drive thru to get funds out of my credit union account that's located in Memphis. I encountered the nastiest cashier ever. I ask for a form so I can pull funds out of my account which is located in Memphis. The nasty customer service representative said you need to come in. I said I am on a walker, last time, I came in someone told me I can go to drive thru to get funds out of my account. The nasty customer service representative said I do not think so, we would never say that. I told the nasty customer service representative I am not a liar. I have no problem coming in. Darlene was the customer service representative on the inside who was super nice. Darlene is the reason why I did not give my experience with them one star. I explain to her about the nasty drive thru customer service representative. She apologized on her behalf. Darlene said during COVID they processed all services via driver thru. So, I understood why last time I was here they said I could go thru driver thru it was to keep down the amount of traffic inside. Customer service is everything. I will hope the nasty customer service representative will learn how to speak to customers I. A way that she would want to be spoken too. No one is obligated to have an account with Us Community Credit Union. It's our choice.

    They had only one lane open at the drive thru. It was slow at 1st but it got better.

    I called and asked about refinancing my auto loan and USCCU did a great job walking me through the application process. I was quickly approved for a loan at a great rate. The representative (Sterling) I worked with made the application process very easy and was incredibly helpful. Everything moved quickly and smoothly.

    Brandon and his crew were absolutely terrific while working with me on my loans. Brandon was genuine, patient and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easily understood. Every time I come to this branch they just go above and beyond to help me out weather its a simple transaction or something more complicated like my recent loan. Darlene, Alex and all of them are great. I highly recommend this credit union.

    I visited the hermitage ave. branch today to let my son experience first hand depositing his OWN saved money! He was very excited about this! Upon entering the parking lot I was impressed that there were plenty of parking spaces available and no hassle at all with parking. As we entered inside the branch we were greeted by the staff and assisted immediately! Thanks Jim! After making this a great experience for my son we were then greeted by a new worker and Mrs. Sandra who assisted us with our other needs. The only major concern I had with the receptionist area is that people are able to be assisted but their personal information is being discussed while others are in the waiting area. The ladies were very kind and make you feel very comfortable but you never know who’s paying too much attention to you! So moving forward and this is not because of the privacy concern but I got further assistance to finish up everything I needed by one of the managers (Patrick) who was amazing! He explained in detail my questions and concerns, he was very knowledgeable of the company itself, he took time to make sure my questions were answered, he did not make me feel rushed nor confused. All in all my experience was great! Thanks US COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION!

    While getting a loan with US Community Credit Union everything was fast and smooth. The personalities of the folks I worked with were great and they were very helpful. I got my last car loan with USCCU and will be getting my next car loan with them too! They are a 10, A+!!

    The customer service I receive every time I walk in to this branch is always excellent! I also appreciate the fact that ya'll employ the high school kids and give them a chance at starting their careers with the credit union. The kids at this branch are trained up right and are able to help me just as well as the other employees. I get 100% satisfaction every time I come in here.

    I’ve been with this Credit Union for over 10 years now and every loan I’ve had as an adult has been through them, sans my mortgage. Recently my fiancé and I did our first loan for a vehicle together and Brandon was our loan officer, not only did he help us through the loan process but he helped walk us through our credit scores and how to get them even higher, helped up research our vehicles, and gave us options on extended warranties. Brandon was extremely patient, helpful, and courteous the entire time and as the credit union was already super busy that day his time and attention to detail meant even more to us. I (we) will continue to go to USCCU for all of our loan and banking needs!!

    Save your time and money and do NOT bank with them. I was really excited to join a community credit union, as their values seemed to align with mine. But then... I sent a check to be deposited in my new account, - which they lost. When I tried to contact them about the check, *no one* answered the phone or called me back after leaving several voicemails over the course of a week. Overall, their customer service is unfriendly and unprofessional. I'm looking forward to moving my personal and business accounts elsewhere.
