    I came by us Auto Sales today to sign some documents the staff was completely rude the white girl sitting in the front and the big black guy extremely disrespectful concerning these documents one guy stood out went beyond the call of duty all I needed was a number to their company so said customer service terrible that gentleman Orlando porter super friendly and helpful great customer service he need to be in the front running stuff . Four stars for Orlando no stars for the two ruddest people in the front. I recommend if you’re looking for a car you happen to go there ask for Orlando Porter . Facts

    I considered getting a car from here Robert was really helpful, but his manager needs to know when not to speak. I'll consider going back only for Robert so hopefully this time I go back his manager don't speak unless I ask him a question. Other than that they have some nice cars out there.

    If it was a no star, that's what I would rate this company. I purchased a car in April and I've been having nothing but problems with this vehicle. Sometimes the car will not start due to ignition/starter problems, the car keeps overheating/running hot, other minor things like the horn doesn't work. I feel like I'm stuck with a vehicle that doesn't do me any good but yet I still have to make a payment 2 or 3 per month. I've spent money out of my own pocket trying to get these problems fixed. My sole purpose of getting this car was to have something dependable and this car has been anything but that. It's more like a headache. At times I can't make it to work because I'm on the side of the road or stuck somewhere due to the car not functioning properly. But yet in still if I don't make a payment on time they will deactivate my car. I feel as if I'm in a lose/lose situation. I will not speak on the customer service department because that's a totally different story but they are so disrespectful and very inconsiderate.

    BUYERS BEWARE!!! I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra GT on June 12,2020. By June 16, 2020, my car was being towed to a repair facility because it's electrical power shut off in the midst of me driving. That's issue 1. Issue 2 - the car had to be towed to a second repair shop to have a diagnostic test done but that facility refused to do it cause of the manufacturer warranty was still active. So I called DOWC, called USAuto Sales, called the parts department and began to get the run around. DOWC finally said send it to the manufacturer on June 18, 2020. Car gets to the service center for Hyundai late so now we're at June 19,2020. The service center has been trying to contact someone at the parts department for USAuto to give permission to remove the pasttime device so they can diagnose the car and all day no one could communicate so the issue could be fixed or give a decision to allow me out of the contract or into another vehicle. Hyundai wants to charge $250 to remove the device and USAuto had an issue with that. I'm going on 4 days without my new car and no one seems to care. All I want now is to have my money back so I can have a peace of mind back. Oh and to top it off I call Past Time and they have no record of the device or my information so they couldn't do anything.

    I bought a 2017 nissan versa from them. At the time it seemed like a nice car...6 months into it the car starts smoking..took it to the shop and was fixed within a week. But during that time I wasn't able to get to work so I didn't have the money for the payment. As a result my car was turned off. Eventually I came up with the money for the payment. Mind you I had to get to Walmart to pay the note..I notified customer service that I need to drive to Walmart but they wouldn't turn car on. They don't care about they customers once car is sold. 4 months later my transmission went out..and since I drove to many miles it wasn't covered under warranty. So I told them they can come get the car.. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. GO TO DRIVETIME WHERE THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU

    Nice area, nice people but very slow on giving you your $200 referral. It’s been almost 3 months since i filled out the paper for my $200 referral for referring my friend to the dealership. Called and spoke to one employee who had no clue when i would be receiving it and stated that he would call me back as soon as he found something out. THAT WAS A MONTH AGO. Christmas is around the corner, money is tight and i really needed that money. Won’t be referring anyone else if i can’t be compensated at a timely manner for doing THEM a favor.

    I wish someone would've stopped me last year from buying a car here. I had my car since last year March and I always paid my car note on time or sometimes a month ahead. Until the end of July and beginning of last month, I was going through some life changes and when I called to see if they can work with me to extend my payment they decline it. They don't understand life happens. People understand that our lives may be good at the moment but when life starts to turn on you, don't expect US Auto sales to help you because if the payment is not in when it supposed to be they will cut your car off.

    When I first went to us auto it was cool. Mrs.B she was very kind and straight forward. I purchased a lincoln MKS. My first 2 weeks I had the car my engine light came on. I took the car to get it fix they said nothing was wrong with my car. Now mind u I just put 2000 dollars down on this car and only had the car for 30 days. After Christmas brought the car back to us auto sales because the engine light came back on. Come to find out they sold me a car with a bad transmission and refuse to put me in a different car after I put all that money down on this car. My car been sitting in the shop for two weeks and I just now get a call saying my parts should be there any day , so now I'm without a car for extra 5 more days. Worst experience ever and very piss because I lost days of work.

    EJ... The best salesman ever, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! I had complete car buying anxiety. I almost cried twice. EJ was cool as a fan though and that helped me through the process.
