The Salesmen are great, professional, and very considerate! We discussed a variety of vehicles and viewed one of my choice! I felt blessed! Wish I could give more 5 stars!!

These guys were great and did everything possible to get me in the truck I wanted. I was in and out very quick. A pleasure to work with. I would definitely buy from again!

This company deserves NO stars!!! They are over priced, and money hungry. The Independence Blvd location has NO communication skills at all. Hubby and I were set to get a car from them coming from a different location, and the gave us 3 different days that the vehicle was supposed to be in Charlotte....excuse me they never gave us anything but a hard time we always had to call to find out the status. We we decided not to do business with them they kept our deposit and said it was a "transportation fee" how they never transported anything!?! Thank God we got out of that deal. I urge everyone to stay away!!!!!!

I think the entire staff either needs to be retrained or fired. Because I have referred several clients to get cars from this company. I myself have purchased a car and have experienced the same problem. Lisa which is the rep that supposed to the DMV Clerk is very unprofessional, lacks knowledge and refuses to be completely honest with customers in regards to issuing tags. We all were issued 30 days at the date of purchase however when the temporary plate is expired we are all given the run around about receiving a DMV issued hard plate. None of the excuses makes sense. I think it's time for the DMV to set in a inspect this Car Dealership because this dealership is out of compliance when it comes to DMV Guidelines.
