Franny was a pleasure to work with and her knowledge of the Midtown KC market is unmatched. As a first-time homebuyer it was reassuring to have the benefit of Franny's expertise on our side. Her passion for the architecture and neighborhoods in Midtown made shopping for a home fun. Franny's negotiating savvy along with the support of the Urban Cool KC team made the administrative part of the home buying process a breeze. Highly recommend!

They appear to be a lot more knowledgeable in person during the sales pitch, but the results spoke for themselves. We were ultimately disappointed with the amount of effort exerted to justify their fees, ended up doing a majority of the work, then had to sell for a lot less than was pitched "based on comparable properties and knowledge of the area." Always get a second opinion before committing to their services and know if it takes more than a week to sell, you will become a lower priority.

I was so excited to hire Urban Cool based on their social media presence. Unfortunately, it was not the experience I had hoped for. Late to most calls and meetings and wish there was more initiative on the realtor's part.

Not only are the t-shirts original and comfortable, but the customer service is great. Love this place!
