I called Uptown Loans today asking that they give me balance of my fiance's mother's ring for she is in ICU at this time and we would like to pay ring off and give it to her if and when she comes out. I explained these extenuating circumstances to them to no avail... the were rude and uncaring! I'm thinking they'd prefer to to sell the ring instead. She's been paying on this ring a very long time and it should be about paid for! So they have been getting paid for over a year, almost two for this ring, and... I'm so upset...How cruel!

I have been with the State of Georgia for quite some time now. Loan interest rates are not fixed by companies, rather by the state in which the company is located. I have sent many customers to this company. They offer a 30 min-1 hr. processing time. This company as well as its staff have always provided courteous service.

My husband and I have had loans with Quick and their other two locations Mann Finance and Uptown loans many times, They have great customer services. When I walk in the greet us by name each time. They try their hardest to give loans to people, even when they are having hard times. Great people. The owner Steven is a great man. I will always do business with them.
