Highly, highly, highly recommend! We shopped around for months, and ended up with 4 different loan estimates… and Sandra at UpEquity went above and beyond all of our expectations. Her customer service and communication was the best of all the companies… (PennyMac, LoanDepot, Better Mortgage, and Cash Call Mortgage) It all worked out because PennyMac took almost 2 months to get our refi done and I was able to continue to shop. Thank goodness we found Sandra at UpEquity because not only did they gave us the best rate with the lowest fees, they were able to close within 3 weeks!!! Wish I found them first, but it all worked out and we couldn’t be happier!!! Even our original purchase with Navy Federal Credit Union was not even the same ballpark as UpEquity.
