    Too many issues with getting approved for a loan. The first person said I was approved for a certain amount, the second said he’s contacting underwriting then the third person said they can’t tell me what my price range is.. I talked to three different people and I got three different answers but apparently none of those answers were right. I’ve been banking with them for 20 plus years. That is so weird to me to get the run around like that, I don’t know why I even bothered, I’m pulling my money out of here..

    I want to recognize how one specific employee specifically used their knowledge, commitment to members, and attention to detail to grow our banking relationship with UMCU. Kayton Poehner was able to quickly identify UMCU's products and services and how they would benefit us.     The new mobile app is awful. It doesn’t function well, and misappropriated a deposit to the wrong account. I don’t know if the team that worked on the rollout of the new system has progressed past kindergarten. They clearly have no concept of quality control, nor of checking their work. I believe the management of the credit union is in violation of their fiduciary responsibility with this rollout. I’ve been a long time member, and up till this change have been happy. In this software change I think real harm is being done.

    Needed to do some in person banking but the lobby is closed due to covid and they are doing work on the drive through so i just cant talk to anyone? Tried calling and found that there was 40 callers ahead of me on hold. How is someone supposed to deposit checks when they cant go in, they cant use the drive through, and when the app doesnt read any of my checks when i try doing it myself. Pretty frustrated at this point since i need this money in my account asap and this is the only day i have off to do so. So thanks

    I don't like the fact that the "lunch hours": from 1:30pm-2:15pm isn't updated on Google maps. It made we wait for like 45 minutes, doing nothing. It also sucks that the main branch is like a 15 minutes walk from the University, rather than being located within the University.

    Waited in line over half hour with one person in front of me discussing student aide. Have encountered staff coming back late from lunch. Ugh. Very unprofessional. Flint location needs work.
