THIS CREDIT UNION IS ONE OF THE BEST MEERA SINGH, DAMON PEARSON ARE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO! THEY BOTH HELP ME GET APPROVED FOR A VERY HUGE LOAN TO GET ME OUT OF DEBT THeY ALSO HELP.ME GET APPROVED FOR A CAR LOAN! THEY TOOK THERE TIME WITH Me AND WAS VERY PATIENCE! I AM A HAPPY MEMBER!

Great customer service. Felt very welcome here. I went to a few other credit unions in the area, but this is the only one that allowed me to do shared branch transactions.

Mark is a longtime customer for 38 years went to the bank at 9:00 am and did a drive-thru transaction. They kept his driver’s license. it would have been nice if they would have called, since they have your phone number. After many phone calls he pleaded with them to place it in mail. They said they put it in the mail, but another week later he goes by the bank and they have it. They gave it to him with a nasty attitude. He asked to speak to a manager and they never called him back. Years ago United Teletech would really welcome you at the door. But now it is just horrible customer service. Thanks but no thanks, time to switch banks.

I went to this credit union on Saturday the 22nd of Feb. I have an account with their sister bank Credit Union of NJ. I asked for a transaction register and the bank teller who was an Indian woman...I don't know her name looked.me right in the face and lied and said "they ran out"..,seriously....especially when I just saw her hand a few to another customer I guess she assumea I was not a member which I am...shame on your bank it's not coming out of your pocket!! And I am a member! Horrible service!@

Best bank best people they super super Good and fast.

Worst bank to deal with. They want u to use the debit card 10 times a month otherwise they charge you 10 bucks. Also no extra perks with being with these ficus. You're better off WITH chase or regular bank. This bank doesn't stand behind their customers.

It is convenient to my house and I like credit unions verses commercial banks but if you are not watching your account you won't catch the mistakes they make.
