The process of refinancing was extremely easy working with Dan Allen and the United Security Financial Corp team. If anyone is looking for a rate reduction, cash out, or looking to purchase (VA, FHA, and Conventional mortgages) I recommend you to contact United Security Financial Corp.

Worst experience ever. I highly recommend that every single person that reads this stays as far away from this Company no matter what it is that you are looking for. They take full advantage of their powers and will do everything they can to screw over their clients especially the ones that have come into financial hardship. They service a VA loan of which the seller has fell into hardship and could not keep up with his mortgage. You would think if this is the case they would be willing to work with the Veteran. Unfortunately that is not the case. The VA appraisal came back at $160,500. There is an offer at $160,000. Even though their sub-servicer Lender Live sent this proposal to USF recommending approval on the short sale USF came back and countered at $178,000 and said that they do not base their decisioning on value. The definition of a bully. And Linda Weir, Loan Production Manager, is the biggest bully of them all. She acknowledges that they are fully guaranteed any loss on this loan through the VA as well as that this property is worth $160K however she continues to push back counters close to $180K on a property worth $160K. Now they are forcing another home owner into foreclosure. Very sad. Linda Weir and the entire team over at United Security Financial are not in any of this for the good of the "borrower". I hope that people read this and steer away from this degrading company.

Good experience. Shane Barker was great to work with. It took a little longer than expected, but that was due to me going on vacation and his vacation which was just a timing thing, but overall it was a great experience and I enjoyed working with Shane.

Dan-very knowledgeable, patient and assertive. Provided me the best interest in the market. I will definitely recommend him and this financial institution to everyone I know. However, didn't get the full 5 stars because the notary hired was an hour late for closing.
