    I am a member of your bank and the level of service I received from Diana Bryant was second to no one. She made my loan so effortless it was unbelievable. I refinanced three other loans from another bank because of her outstanding service.     The bank is great, the representatives at this location are ready to start an argument instead of asking questions...it 9am and I'm sent in a bad mood because all I wanted to do was opt out of a program, Robby decided to assume my needs and started an argument with me. When I was finally able to get my point across all he could say was "oh".....I do not recommend this branch. Drive the extra 2 miles north and see the granger location.

    Their recent system upgrade has been a nightmare. I have a business account that I cannot access online or through any of our connected billing systems for a week. This is completely unacceptable as a business customer. #UPDATE# Business response was unhelpful. They say to call in, did that waited on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. Even scheduled a call back and never received it. Asking to discuss banking issues over a FB PM is laughable. You would think business accounts would be handled with more care.

    The customer service is stupid and terrible. We were told a document would be overnighted. It was not and now we wait 7-10 days because a perky twenty something didn't check the right box. Called the 888 number to straighten things out. Put on hold over 15 minutes. Operator was impotent and told me she "didn't appreciate my tone." I work in customer service. That's not how it's done. I would never use this company in the future.

    The people at united Federal CU. Were very helpful in getting me setup with the right checking and savings accounts. When going in to any branch. I am always greeted with a friendly welcome and a smile

    We recently opened a couple of accounts with United Federal Credit Union, the rates were double (nearly triple) of what we were receiving at another local credit union. On top of the incredible rates Denise was extremely accommodating, professional and provided helpful resources for future financial planning. I would highly recommend UFCU and this location.

    Michael from the call center is the worst person to talk to. He will refuse to help you every step of the way. Talked to his boss Kylie or Katie and had my problem solved in five minutes. This Michael has nothing to do with this branch but his complete lack of customer service hurts the entire company since you have to call the call center you have to talk to them to get anything accomplished

    Every time I have to deal with this bank to make a payment on my auto loan they always give me issues. This is the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with and all their employees have been rude to me every time I’ve called to get stuff figured out or to pay my bill.

    Took out an auto loan with United Federal Credit Union a couple months ago. It’s been a nightmare of an experience. I could never recommend anyone use them
