United Community Bank Maple St, Carrollton

We love United community Bank! We have been banking with them for years and have never been disappointed. The ladies in the lobby and in the drive thru are extraordinarily warm and friendly. They always check in on our children to see how they're doing whether they are with us or not. All of the business that we've had to do with United community Bank has always been clearly explained to us and solutions found. I really appreciate the fact that while they are also extraordinarily warm and friendly they are also very professional. My favorite bank ever.

Whatever new lady they have working at the bank in Carrollton is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional I have been dealing with United community for over 3 years (with no account) and today she gave me issues and when I told her to just give me back my id and check she tried telling me she wasn’t giving it back to me. All I’m saying is she is lucky there’s glass between us. And that is the MAIN reason I never use the Carrollton location. Get rid of her. Short short blonde hair lady.

We had our checking and savings at nationwide banks, but I needed an account a local bank that had a change counter as none of the local banks did when I moved back to Carrollton. I was amazed the first day that I opened an account here -the friendliness was genuine and they went over and above what was required of them (as the machine was down for emptying and they kept multiple large bags of coins that I had brought and counted them themselves once it was fixed and then the total deposited into my new account!). If there were not so many payments already set up with existing accounts at other banks I would have moved every account that I had to UCB! Professional, friendly, and respectful to all. Really hard to beat that...

I have been banking with united community bank for some time now and they have delivered excellent customer service. They treat their customers with care enough to know everyone by name who banks with them.

Really friendly service and great benefits for small business accounts! The only complaint I have is that to set up online banking for business accounts you have to talk to someone on the phone.

The people are awesome. They are all super friendly and helpful.
