I highly recommend Nate Brown to anyone who is looking for a seamless and stress free mortgage loan experience. Nate was the ultimate professional,! Always prompt, friendly, and patient with concerns and questions. He provided great communication and was readily available by email or phone prompt responses. He was very organized on site to what documents were needed and when they were received. He was also able to lock in a very good rate for us !! It was an overall fabulous experience.! We worked with Sandra to purchase our first home. She’s great. Now that we went to purchase our second home and sell our first we discovered that she has an assistant named Gloria. Gloria is by far the worst person I’ve worked with in a professional setting. She is rude and clearly doesn’t read information that is given to her, as she stated at least twice through our process that we had failed to send information that had been sent once or twice before. She does not apologize for her errors and speaks to everyone as if they are of lesser value than her.

I am posting this review from our new home. We honestly thought this day would never come. We had some bumps in our credit from a period of unemployment, then we were using a VA loan, not the easiest mortgage applicants for sure. Sandra and Gloria are Wonder Women! They helped us get through the loan application process, found us a lender, weeded through pages and pages of paperwork, and helped us navigate those last minute document requests. Sandra and Gloria answered my questions and emails at all hours and 7 days a week. I could not have survived this process without them. I highly recommend UAM to anyone considering a home purchase.

When I began the home buying process, buying a home was a very nerve wrecking experience for me. Sandra From United Atlantic Mortgage quickly made all my fears dissipate. I began the process with another broker and agency, but I felt that I wasn’t getting the attention or information that I needed. Knowledge and attention are Sandra’s specialties. I have no clue what her office hours are, because whether I reached out to her at 6am or 9pm, I always received a response within 30 minutes. Any issues that arose were quickly (within a few hours) addressed and closing was a breeze. I owe all of that to Sandra as my situation wasn’t the easiest. Even my real estate agent who is completely unaffiliated with Sandra raved about how professional and responsive she is. She worked consistently with my best interests in mind. I am so grateful for her and I will refer everyone that I know to her.
