Love this bank. We have been with them for 18 years since moving to Arizona. They are warm and fuzzy and always make us feel welcome. Highly recommend.

Inconsistent answers from the construction loan team very unprofessional. You get either inexperience or jaded opinions from Pat who stated he had 40 years of experience and that he personally averages $40 Million a year in construction loans. Sadly, all he could talk about is everyone moving in from other states, CA, OR, WA and that there will be another recession, so I asked "is building a bad idea right now?" Replied "that's up to you", just after telling me it's a bad idea to build outside a subdivision on my private undeveloped land that actually have county water and sewer hookups. In conclusion, very unprofessional, they all need coaching opportunities so the good name of Unison Bank doesn't get blemished any further. Retirement would be a good option for Pat.

I've used Unison forever for my business account and they are great. Very cheerful team and it's the kind of bank that you enjoy visiting and skipping the drive through. Very personal service. Bank with them for a month and they'll greet you by name when you walk in.

Very rude! I am new to AZ and my wife just had a baby. I was on paternity leave and had not slept at all when I walked into the branch at 9am looking disheveled, asking for a row of much needed quarters, and information about opening a joint account. They looked me up and down like I was homeless and told me that I had to open an account BEFORE they would exchange a row of quarters. I told them that if that was the case they will loose my business and the teller just laughed and told me in a sarcastic tone, “that’s great!” I went across the street and got a row of quarters from Desert Financial Credit Union with no account needed...I opened an account with them anyway and then a mortgage as well. It pays to be nice to people.

This backward establishment offers little in regards to the basic accommodations of the digital age. They do not accommodate same-day transfers from entities such as Venmo and Uber. Their ATMs do not accept deposits nor do they offer any bills other than 20's. Their mobile app I grossly behind the times lacking many basic features found with the larger banks, though to be fair, the have mobile deposit. The only reason they earned two stars is for the friendliness of the staff, despite their inability to truly help or improve one's financial situation due to circumstances beyond their control.

I work here, and this bank is GREAT. The staff made me feel like family, from the first moment I stepped in. It's a great place to work; they take care of us and our clients can see how happy we are to be here. Come by and see us; you won't be sorry!
